    Kristina is the premier Ass Advocate in San Francisco, so you and your booty are in good hands as you laugh your way through Weapons of Ass Reduction. This format is based in circuit training, so you’ll be rotating through exercises that tone your muscles while maintaining an elevated heart rate.
